This was the complete renovation and update of this dated villa over looking the lakes in the Jumeirah Islands development close to Downtown Dubai. The property required reconfiguration of the layout, new architectural windows and doors, then a complete refit of the interior. Our scope included the interior architecture, Interior design and landscaping with the design of the stunning outdoor pool overlooking the lakes.
Our team were tasked with taking the bones of this incredible and beautiful villa overlooking the water and and Dubai skyline beyond; and updating it to allow for a more modern exterior design and opening up the internal configuration, giving a more open plan layout. The team then created an interior design style that whilst modern and bright, offers a level of layering and warmth making for an inviting, comfortable and luxurious home.
